Throughout the years Tammy has explored a variety of mediums to create three-dimensional work. The earthenware ceramic pieces shown here use coil and pinch-pot techniques to create unique textures. The figurative paper mâché sculpture was created using an assortment of textured papers and a mask composed of a clay/paper mâché mixture. This depiction of a crouching samurai received special awards and recognitions including "Best in Show" - GGUSD and was featured at the ICOC Saddleback Show and Laguna Festival of Arts.
